Wired Wednesday

Welcome to our weekly stress-reducing segment.

There's one huge aspect of wellness that is often overlooked or under appreciated:

Sleep!

That's right. Many write-off this healing and vital activity. Don't let them fool you. Make sure you are getting enough rest, and everything else will fall into place.

Need help falling asleep?

Turn out the lights.
Try to go to sleep and wake up about the same time every night.
Create a routine such as drinking a cup of herbal tea or taking a bath before bedtime.
Turn off all electronics at least 30 minutes before going to bed.
